So I've been making cakes for people since about the Spring of this year. Since then, I've collected quite a range of cake pictures. This one was for a Jimmy Stewart Birthday Party. Who celebrates Jimmy Stewart's Birthday, you ask? The Parkins and me :) The idea was from the movie Harvey with the invisible, 6-ft rabbit so I wanted to make shadows here.
Next up, I was inspired by the most addictive website EVER (Cakecentral.com) to make this safari animal cake. I made the animals out of fondant and the cake was covered in marshmallow fondant. It's hard to see the animals here. Lo siento... but you get the idea.
Then I got really antsy for some more cake decorating and made this lil' guy. It's a fake cake with fondant decorations.
